        The CEO of the palace of the culture of Abidjan is informing show promoters and organizers and any other cultural and artistic event that from now on, the organization of their activities have to respect the following points:

1. The reservation of rooms and the organization of shows will only be allowed to those who have documents showing their ability to produce and organize shows.


2. Payment by instalments of a third of the amount, the week following the reservation, otherwise, the cancellation is observed with no warning.


3. The cancellations with no penalty will only be accepted for the following cases: a period of 15 days for minor events and a month for concerts and other great events. The penalty is 20 per cent for cancellations not respecting the periods.


4. The total payment of the room fees a week before the event. The receipt is demanded at the compulsory technical meeting, 03 days before the event


5. The payment of the author's royalties and the presentation of BURIDA's licence, 3 days before the event, during the compulsory technical meeting.


6. The payment of the municipal taxes of Treichville Town Hall,


7. Take out insurance and present the receipt, 3 days before the event, during the compulsory technical meeting


8. Security measures: (SAMU, POLICE, The Republican Guard).


9. The organizer is responsible for any accident or damage that will occur before, during or after events.


10. Shows promoters are responsible for foods and drinks sales, outside the rooms, after a payment of 20 000 f cfa.


• The sales concern only non alcoholic cans, sandwiches and popcorns. Any other food is not allowed (rice, attieke, porridge, sauce etc.)


• The organizers will be responsible for any damage.


Those decisions have been made to :
• Avoid unorthodox reservation, penalizing organizers and the palace of the culture management.


• Allow a good exploitation of our common house,


• Establish a best collaboration between people and the palace of the culture management.
