"The EDEC is located in the Riviera Palmeraie. It was created in 1991 under the baptismal font of the "Company Guirivoires" created in 1973. Both created by Rose Marie Guiraud. The EDEC is the first school dance in Black Africa since the second founded 10 years ago, is in Senegal. In Ivory Coast it is that dance companies. Sixty people including thirty-five dancers, drummers, actors theater, fifteen artists singers ... and ten coaches are the living souls of this school. In one form EDEC Cape choreography, dance percussion ... the patent professional (Bp) and Certificate of Technical Arts (Bta) in the above disciplines. Actors such as Michael Bohiri Adama Dahico are products of the EDEC. Initially, the EDEC formed in all trades involved. But since 1998, when the departure of Rose Marie Guiraud for USA for health reasons, only the company guirivoire works. During our last show (we do one a month) the German ambassador could not contain his emotions as he said he never imagined they could dance for over an hour with as much excitement and vivacity.
